Wholly operated by VAT specialist and chartered certified accountant Iain Johnston MSc FCCA, who has over twenty years of practical experience of working with VAT, we serve clients across all parts of the UK and, fully appreciative of the difficulties and complexities that VAT can cause for non-specialists, businesses and charities, our ethos is that there is no job, question or query too small for us to help with.

While highly experienced in face-to-face meetings and site visits, we find that in the majority of cases VAT issues/queries can be resolved via telephone, e-mail, or video call (Teams/Zoom), with no requirement for a physical meeting. Iain regularly advises many clients throughout England, Scotland and Wales remotely and can serve clients across all parts of the UK. For all queries, we aim to provide clear and sufficiently detailed written/e-mailed advice for your retention, reliance and assurance. This can also be discussed with you in detail to answer any question you may have and to ensure full understanding, given the difficulties and uncertainties often arising from VAT.
